Kelly Clarkson Calls Hillary Clinton A ‘Bad*ss,’Conservative Trolls Gang Up On Clarkson (TWEETS)

Another popular celebrity is fully supporting liberal values, and conservative fans are not too thrilled about that.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Clarkson was asked which candidate she supported in the 2016 election. The music star replied:

I’m a fan of Hillary. She’s a badass. I don’t just want a woman to win, I want the right person. And I think she’s also that.

After quoting Clarkson’s lyrics in an email back in 2012, it’s certain that the presidential candidate is a huge Kelly Clarkson fan herself.

On the other hand, the right-wing Twitter trolls have their own opinions of Clarkson’s stated support for Clinton and man, these people sure are ruthless and ignorant..

All of this backlash started after Clarkson spoke out in support of marijuana legalization. Many conservatives (especially Fox News) demonize Clarkson for stating her viewpoints. In other words, they can’t stand anyone whose opinions differ from their own.

It’s funny how conservatives preach about the importance of the U.S. Constitution, but when it comes to freedom of speech they don’t care to hear anyone else’s views but their own. And knowing that celebrities such as Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, Tim McGraw, and Kelly Clarkson are Democrats and support issues such as gay marriage and weed legalization drives the GOP absolutely crazy. Aside from that, to attack an individual personally on who she votes for politically shows just how dense Republicans are.

Ganging up on someone on Twitter is a coward’s game.

Trolls are only scary to children. Everything is scary to her trolls.

They’re still not over the fact she was a staunch Republican who voted for Obama twice. It’s kind of hilarious.

I notice a trend among conservatives of taking personal offense when a country singer “comes out” as being liberal. They seem to see it as a betrayal, like country singers are somehow required to be part of the club. The rules of the club are to 1. Be a Patriot. 2. Love the 2nd Amendment more than anything. 3 Be a “Christian”. 4. Hate the President and his wife and children. 5 Hate Hillary and everyone associated with her. 6 Hate Homosexuality. 7. Hate Liberals. 8 Hate Muslims. 9. Hate women’s rights. 10. Hate and fear science. 11. Hate and fear the poor. 12. Hate and fear immigration reform. 13. Hate and fear young African American males. 14. Hate and fear anything they don’t understand. Fortunately there are country entertainers who refuse to join the club and I admire them for their courage against right wing fanaticism.
