Gullible Conservatives Sent Millions To Scam Groups Like Sarah Palin’s SarahPac

Hoodwinking the lower and middle classes to vote against their economic self-interests is a time honored tradition among conservatives, typically buttressed by the threat of gays and Mexicans. Worse yet, gay Mexicans. In fact, a creepy and unsettling theme currently animating the 2016 Republican Presidential Race is economic populism.

Stupid is as stupid does, and Republicans have made stupid the new little black dress.

Not surprisingly, a new report showed at least 17 big name conservative groups that have gleefully taken bagger money, but none of it was mostly just pocketed by the groups themselves.

“The problem with the articles that have come out so far is that most of them have come from liberal outlets and have only discussed limited aspects of a few organizations,” wrote John Hawkins, of Rightwing News. “That naturally led people to wonder if they were reading hit pieces.”

The 170-page report showed the vast majority of money spent last year by prominent conservative political action committees was “siphoned off to vendors, wasted, and just plain old pocketed by people in these PACs.” (Raw Story)

Taking your hard-earned cash, shoving it into a garbage bag, and dumping it into the freaking East River would be a more sound fiduciary investment than giving a penny to Sarah Palin’s SarahPac, for example. You recall how snow whitetrash spent a whopping $14,000 on crappy decal stickers for her “One Nation” East Coast bus tour, which amounted to nothing more than a premise to a National Lampoon’s Snowbilly Vacation spin-off. Well, what you should also know is that the snow grifter never had any intention of running for president in 2012, and most certainly doesn’t in 2016.

Rather than giving to potential candidates, the vacuous and vile woman simply skimmed from her own SuperPac. In fact, OpenSecrets.org found that Palin’s political action committee raised $433,000 from July 1st to September 30th, and began the quarter with nearly a million dollars banked. According to PoliticUsUsa:

$25,000 was spent on ‘donor book.’ In other words, Palin paid the book published thousands of dollars to take books of their hands in order to give them away to donors or other organizations.

Most recently, The National Draft Ben Carson for President, Tea Party Express, SarahPAC, and Tea Party Patriots gave less than 10 percent of their expenditures to candidates.

But let’s totally discredit a voting group like ACORN, even though they were not found guilty of any wrongdoing. Surely the miserably uninformed and misinformed baggers will continue giving these complete and utter scumbags more and more money, since Sarah needs a Prada bag to bring down the tyrannical Obama regime.

Mr. Hayne, your article is so poorly proofread as to be almost unintelligible. You have sentences that make no sense whatsoever, and one that completely contradicts your point. Except for the viewpoint, this could easily be mistaken for the kind of “writing” that conservatives use to respond. Is it possible to go back and fix it? BTW, I made a couple of typos as I wrote this; that’s why I read it over before posting.

I never have read this person’s writing before that I know of, but if it is all of this quality, style, and editing I won’t be reading any more of it. I have no use for right-wing semi-literate posters. Why should those on the left be tolerated any better?

REALLY BADLY WRITTEN. Please proofread before posting.

Grammar is your friend. Embrace it.

  • Brandon Rowell says:

Wow! No one was concerned with the message he was delivering. The only concern was about grammar. I guess I am more concerned about all the people who read this story and didn’t understand what RAW STORY, in red print, laid out twice between the headline and the article means. So hopefully the next time you guys find it necessary to criticize the writing of a journalist, you will make the effort to learn about the practice so you don’t make yourselves look like a bunch of idiots like have done here. Have a nice day!
