Do you remember when Mary was about to give birth to baby Jesus, and the innkeeper told them they can’t have a room unless they are carrying a gun? Neither do I. But, for Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore (Republican of course), the reason for the season is because on the first day of Christmas, Jesus gave us the Second Amendment.
Fiore thinks the most important thing about the holiday season is being able to shoot people. With that in mind, she posted a picture of her entire family holding firearms on her Facebook page.

It’s up to Americans to protect America. We’re just your ordinary American family.-With love & liberty, Michele
THIS IS NOT ORDINARY
Yes the child is holding a gun as well, because of course he is.
What will they do if there are terrorists in their Christmas tree, and none of them are carrying a loaded weapon?
Fiore clearly is not the sharpest tool in the shed, indicated by party affiliation alone. However, it gets much better. She is also the same person who previously said that cancer is merely a fungus, and that baking soda injected into your veins will clear it out and cure you. Yes, she really said that.
If you have cancer, which I believe is a fungus, and we can put a pic line into your body and we’re flushing with, say, salt water, sodium cardonate [sic-it’s “bicarbonate”] through that line and flushing out the fungus. These are some procedures that are not FDA-approved in America that are very inexpensive, cost-effective.
She really believes it’s a fungus. That means it’s true. This fact is even worse, considering Fiore used to operate her own home healthcare business. Luckily she had her license for it revoked.
Inspectors with the state Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance said they visited Fiore’s Las Vegas-based business, Always There 4 You, on Tuesday and found another business moving in. They also said her office was inexplicably closed during a September visit and she didn’t respond to a certified letter last month inquiring about its status.
Fiore issued a statement late Tuesday saying she decided to close the business because government red tape was making operations too difficult.
Fiore’s picture was not well received by Facebook users either. A couple of the many scathing comments are shown below:
It isn’t enough for your average Republican to simply own their own personal arsenal of guns. They must be SEEN owning them too, by carrying and peacocking around with them constantly. Everybody knows that if nobody knows you own that machine gun, it suddenly won’t be able to kill the terrorists when they invade.
More guns, of course. via Facebook
The above photo is from a calendar you can buy of Michele in different poses with guns. Yes this is an elected lawmaker doing this.
If this was just another crazy person who had a guest spot on Fox News, that would be one thing. However, she is an actual elected legislator who is paid a lot of real taxpayer money to look out for the best interests of those she governs. For all the obvious and mock-worthy humor she provides, the fact she crafts law scares the hell out of me.

The real blame goes to the idiots that vote for these cretins.
‘Murika…
I really hate guns and haven’t fired one since 1967. However, I’m beginning to hate right wing christians conservatives more than I hate guns.
You poor guy, why do you hate so much? That can’t be good for you.
when a gun is the lesser of two evils then you know there is time for a change in things.
NRA spawns, wonderful…wonder if they paid for the calendar? Lovely family I would avoid at all costs, Glad I’m living in the middle of the ocean! Happy Holidays everyone.
Every keep a picture of this family. You will see it again when Jetho the 3 year shoots and kills JimBob, Or He kills Mommy Elliemae
Is this gun making me fatter?………no honey, you are fat…….spend same time at the gym.
peace on earth goodwill toward men…but just in case we can gank santa from 250 yards
Good gawd those people are ugly … however, there’s nothing wrong with teaching kids to use guns safely. Those that learn safety young make much safer and more responsible adults.
Those that don’t get guns until their teens are also more likely to not die in an accident. This year, we have lost about 300 little kids to the careless practices of ammosexual parents. I grew up among neighbors giving their kids guns at ages 8-12 and I saw many cases of very careless behavior that could have resulted in death or injury, One of them dropped a shotgun and it went off, shooting under a truck and wounding his little cousin in both feet. I don’t care whose kid it is or how smart, they don’t need a gun before the teens. Sweden has an age limit of 18 with very strict controls. 15 year olds can borrow a gun from a licensed adult, but must be supervised all the time and must attend a hunting and safety school first. And, that is all they can use the gun for. Guns also must be kept in secure cases or cabinets. Sweden has very little gun problems.
True enough, the kid in the picture is a little young to be handling guns on his own. The thing is to remove the mystery surrounding guns when they’re small. Teach them that how they work, and that they are a dangerous tool to be respected and used carefully. My kids got a 22lr when the turned 12, and are only allowed to use them under close adult supervision. We’ve done things this way in my family for generations with no accidents or deaths.
Wonder what kind of holiday picture they’ll post if one of their children gets one of their “toys” and shoots themselves or a family member as so often happens in this country?
Nevada’s finest! We’re all so proud. Just needed to let the rest of the U.S. know not all of the right wing gun nuts live in Texas or on Ted Nugent’s militia trading center.
Third world America.
