The Ninth Circuit Court just unanimously ruled against Donald Trump’s Muslim ban and he is throwing a temper tantrum over it to the delight of everyone who has a heart.
“Rather than present evidence to explain the need for the Executive Order, the Government has taken the position that we must not review its decision at all,” the court ruling stated as a reason why they refused to reinstate Trump’s executive order that caused worldwide chaos.
Trump had declared that the court must let his order stand and really didn’t offer much of a defense beyond “because I said so.”
After losing, Trump lashed out on Twitter as he usually does.

Clearly, Trump seems to be talking about the Supreme Court, since it is the only court left that could possibly reverse the ruling of the Ninth Circuit.
And even if Republicans jam Neil Gorsuch’s nomination through the Senate, it’s not a guarantee that the Supreme Court will agree with Trump. That’s because most judges look at the constitutionality and practicality of orders and laws. And Trump’s order is neither.

Donald Trump needs to learn that he isn’t a king. We have checks and balances in this country and he just got checked hard.
