Yesterday, The New York Times uncovered a hidden gem about Paul Manafort, Trump’s ex-campaign manager. The news outlet released an article about a shell company, which is registered in the name of Manafort, that took in more than $13 million in loans from at several businesses with connections to Donald Trump. The shell company in question was created by Mr. Manafort on August 19th, 2016, the very day he quit his job as Trump campaign manager. The ironic part? The loan money started coming in to the other businesses just a few weeks later.

Here is a statement from The Times:

“Papers were recorded that same day [as Manafort’s resignation] creating a shell company controlled by Mr. Manafort that soon received $13 million in loans from two businesses with ties to Mr. Trump, including one that partners with a Ukrainian-born billionaire and another led by a Trump economic adviser. They were among $20 million in loans secured by properties belonging to Mr. Manafort and his wife. The transactions raise a number of questions, including whether Mr. Manafort’s decision to turn to Trump-connected lenders was related to his role in the campaign, where he had agreed to serve for free.”

Trump’s shady businesses are being exposed to the public one by one. In a related article released by the Associated Press, deposits were made into Manafort’s firm’s bank account to a payment recorded in  “Black Ledger” belonging to associates of  Ukrainian’s President Viktor Yanukovych, who was holds an extremely close relationship with Vladimir Putin.

Everything about this scandal is suspicious and the fact that Trump has been hiding this information from the public for who knows how long, proves that he is royally screwing us all. When does the madness end?
