If there’s anything conservatives hate, it’s support for the LGBTQ community. On Sunday, New York City hosted the nation’s largest pride parade, and in the wake of the Orlando shooting, parade-goers were out in record numbers. This, of course, means amped up police presence. The officers policing the parade, especially those from the NYPD Counterterrorism Force, seem to be proud of what they are doing. They’ve sent out several celebratory tweets, and they even have American flags with the rainbow colors on their helmets.

And the hate keeps rolling in. Then again, right-wingers are known for being angry at things that they don’t like, but that have absolutely no impact whatsoever on their own sorry existences. Luckily, there’s more than enough support to squash out the bigoted sentiments of the small-minded, insane people whining about rainbows and supportive police officers and people they don’t even know. So, let them rant on, and let the Pride revelers have a high old time.
