A Kentucky woman is going to have a lot of time to plan her new wardrobe while sitting in jail — perhaps next time she will choose one that doesn’t scream, “Arrest me!”
The lesson here is don’t do meth, kids.
Deborah Delane Asher was arrested while wearing a T-shirt that read, “I love Crystal Meth”, although word has it the two are about to break up for a while.
The Laurel County Sheriff’s facebook page posted the mugshot, saying:
The arrests were the result of a drug investigation conducted there after deputies located 2 subjects in possession of 3.37 grams of crystal meth and a set of digital scales. Arrested was Deborah Delane Asher age 37 Jackson Ln., Somerset and Richard Jeffrey Rice age 57 of Dolly Miller road, East Bernstadt both charged with trafficking in a controlled substance – first degree – first offense – methamphetamine and were lodged in the Laurel County detention facility.
Asher is in no way alone in the ironic t-Shirt arrest files. Ross McMakin, of Oregon, was arrested for DUI wearing a shirt that read “Drunk as F***.”
Hopefully, Asher gets help in jail, and perhaps, some fashion advice.
