Like every racist, Donald Trump needs to surround himself with a few token minorities to make sure he’s able to point to them and say, “see? Told you I’m not a racist.” One such token during this most contentious election has been Omarosa Manigualt, who was the African-American Outreach Director for Trump’s presidential campaign. Well, now that the campaign is over, Omarosa is whining over what her support of Cheeto Jesus cost her – namely, in the way of friends.
Appearing on ABC’s 20/20, Omarosa managed to conjure up a few tears as she described her friendships toppling thusly:
“There are people who stopped talking to me. It has been a very long, lonely … one of my bridesmaids, a woman who was going to be in my wedding in the spring … I will never forget the people who turned their backs on me when all I was trying to do was help the black community.”
Help the black community? PLEASE. Trump has been openly racist his entire life, and especially throughout this travesty of a presidential campaign. And now that he has been elected, he has proven that he will continue to be a racist from the bully pulpit of the White House, especially since one of the first people Trump has named to be at the very top of his White House staff is a literal white supremacist.
If you’re too dumb to understand why the rest of Black America wants nothing to do with you, and has no sympathy for you and your lost friendships after that, then I can’t help you.
