Tea Party Radio Host: Congressional Black Caucus Should Be ‘Hanging From A Noose’ (AUDIO)

Andrea Shea King is a two-bit Tea Party radio host who doesn’t understand history or cultural sensitivity – that, or she just plain doesn’t care. She’s either ignorant, an idiot, or just a straight-up *sshole.

As Right Wing Watch published Monday, King stated on her radio show recently that the Congressional Black Caucus should potentially be lynched, hung by their necks “in front of the U.S. Capitol Building” merely for following in the steps of the President and boycotting Tuesday’s address to Congress by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Granted, King’s ugly statement also included the wider group of Democratic legislators, but she was speaking specifically about the Congressional Black Caucus. She said:

Most of those members who are opting out of attending the speech are members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

King stated in her radio broadcast:

Obama doesn’t have to run for re-election again, a lot of these guys do. Listen, I would like to think that these guys could pay with their lives, hanging from a noose in front of the U.S. Capitol Building.

King also puts her lack of understanding regarding gender equality by referring to the Black Caucus largely as “guys.”

She continued:

Because what they are doing is they are putting their own interests above that of America, and to me that is criminal. CRIMINAL!

Of course, most average Americans hardly believe virtually any politician puts the country’s well-being above all else anymore, but pretending that we do, certainly if anyone is putting their interest(s) before the country’s it is Speaker John Boehner.

King went on from there to insult the Black Caucus even further by suggesting members of the Caucus could not get elected through any personal merit of their own. Instead, King states they are only elected because constituents in their “districts are all dumb clucks.”

King, a World Net Daily contributor, continued:

How do people like this get elected to represent us in Congress? Because there are stupid people out there in those congressional districts who are so ignorant that it’s dangerous. Because these people that they elect into Congress vote, and when they vote, their vote affects us!

So King is saying all these dumb black folks are “ignorant” “clucks” electing their own, and those “ignorant” Congressional “clucks” in turn vote like imbeciles in ways that hurt white America. Granted some of that is between the lines, but it’s pretty obvious what King is saying, and let’s face it, most of it is spoken right out loud and broadcasted across the land over the radio.

The funny thing is, most of what King is complaining about could be turned right back at her. If anyone comes across as ignorant, well…

But King isn’t worried about that – she’s too caught up trying to decide if she’s more angry with the “heinous people who occupy the halls of Congress or the dumb clucks that put them there.”

King just can’t put a cork in it. She ranted on:

Stupid, stupid people! Our lives are on the line and all they can think of is skin color! You know, all of us are going to turn black if we end up in a cage of fire!

Stupid people!

Clearly King is too self-absorbed and blind to see how her words echo the history of America’s racial tensions, where lynching and stringing up black folks has quite a gruesome presence in the country, even today. She either knows that and plays up to it, or is too far gone from understanding systemic racism to know any better.

The fact that people like King are still allowed to spew violent, hateful, racist statements like she does over the American airwaves is just that much more of an indication that America is not so beautiful as it could be, and it sure as hell is a long shot from “post-racial.”
