Racist Trump Official Who Called Michelle Obama An ‘Ape’ Was Just Kicked Off School Board (VIDEO)

Carl Paladino, the Trump campaign official who recently made headlines for saying Michelle Obama was a man and also an ape who should go live in a cave in Zimbabwe with her gorilla wife Maxie, is finally paying the price for his outrageously racist comments.

In a recent article in ArtVoicePaladino was asked to contribute to a piece in which several prominent people were asked what their wishes for 2017 were. Obviously, the intention behind the article was to evoke positive answers and well wishes for 2017, but instead, Paladino answered first by saying he wished President Obama were dead:

“Obama catches mad cow disease after being caught having relations with a Herford [sic]. He dies before his trial and is buried in a cow pasture next to Valerie Jarret [sic], who died weeks prior, after being convicted of sedition and treason, when a Jihady [sic] cell mate mistook her for being a nice person and decapitated her.”

As if those comments weren’t bad enough, what he said next is downright disgusting and just about as racist as you can get without donning a KKK cloak and hood:

“Michelle Obama. I’d like her to return to being a male and let loose in the outback of Zimbabwe where she lives comfortably in a cave with Maxie, the gorilla.”

Paladino has never apologized for these heinous comments, but he’s sure answering for them now.

The Buffalo News Reports:

The Buffalo School Board voted 6 to 2 on Thursday to call on the state education commissioner to remove Carl P. Paladino from office, a decision made amid the rallying cry of thousands of people outraged by controversial remarks he made about President Barack Obama and the first lady.

A resolution approved by the board Thursday calls on Paladino to resign within 24 hours, or else the board will appeal to Commissioner MaryEllen Elia.

Paladino, who has said he will not resign, was not at the meeting.

One member of the board, Patti Pierce, who voted in favor of keeping Paladino, was booed loudly when she made this half-assed excuse defending her actions:

“This is a watershed moment for us in this city. I suggest we take this opportunity to show the entire country that we are a city of good neighbors and we are about forgiveness.”

But, included in this so-called “city of good neighbors” are the children that Paladino is supposed to protect, and act as a role model for, as a member of the Board of Education. The example he set for the children in his charge is despicable, and one school board member, Paulette Woods, agrees:

“If any of our buffalo public school children said any of these offensive remarks … the student would be suspended. We should also be held accountable for our words and our actions.”

School Board President Barbara Seals Nevergold had this to say, in closing, and it’s perfect:

“Words matter, Mr. Paladino. The impact on children of color, especially African-American children is incalculable…..They would like me to tell you, ‘You’re fired.'”
