Bernie Sanders is always brilliant, but He had one of those moments Friday night during his segment on the “Democratic Candidates Forum” on MSNBC that will not soon be forgotten. Host Rachel Maddow brought up the difference between the parties on voting rights, and while she was pretty much spot on, Bernie felt he had to interrupt and correct her.
It isn’t often that somebody successfully corrects Rachel Maddow, and you can tell that she doesn’t mind at all. Bernie uses the next minute to explain the difference between the parties in no uncertain terms. His thoughts are riveting and patriotic. The crowd can’t help but applaud. In sixty seconds, Bernie Sanders managed to steal the whole show.
