President Obama gave us a preview of what his final year is going to be like on Wednesday, during a post-SOTU rally in Omaha, Nebraska.
Speaking to a crowd, the president said that politics has gotten so crazy that people actually “feel obliged to root for America not doing good”:
So when you hear people peddling this fiction about our enemies getting stronger, America getting weaker, when you hear folks say we can solve challenges by looking meaner or talking tougher, or carpet bombing wherever we want. That’s just hot air. It’s bluster. It’s not serious. There’s another word for it that starts with a B… It’s baloney.
During his final State of the Union address, the president took digs at the GOP’s refusal to face reality about anything. They don’t believe in climate change and they claim that America isn’t strong anymore. Their Obama Derangement Syndrome is so bad that they literally do not clap when America does well. How sick is that?
