GOP-Infested House Now Forcing Rape, Incest Victims To Wait Two Days To Terminate Pregnancies

You might think the heinous, backwoods shit you are about to read greets you from some Bible-humping state south of the Mason-Dixon line, but you’d be wrong. Nope. The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act comes to the American people via our very own federal government, and the RWNJ-infested House just voted in favor of it last Wednesday, May 13, 242-184.

Well what in the hell is that? you’re probably wondering. Christ, you click on an article online in a moment of bored vulnerability and now you’re wondering what in the hell something called the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is as it comes kicking you in the face, and Jesus, half these f*ckers have already given average Americans the old stink palm and slapped it with a green light! It’s enough to spit milk all over your burrito! It gets a person so worked up you have to go furiously shine your flag pole or shoot off some fireworks or something. It’s all gotten so dirty! One can barely recognize the stars from the stripes anymore.

Ooph, and wait until you hear what the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is, too — a ban on all abortions after 20 weeks, and rape victims would be “required” to seek counseling and/or medical care more than two days before a scheduled abortion. That means even raped minors or those subjected to incest would not simply have a choice to terminate such an unwanted, forced pregnancy. They’d have to jump through the federal government’s hoops, first. And according to Talking Points Memo, either social services or the police will also have to be notified, and if one gets involved you can be darn sure the other will, too.

What in the hell right does the government have to insert itself into a personal choice regarding your own body and family in the first place? you’ll likely bark at whoever’s in the room with you. F*cking government, you might mutter, then.

F*cking government, indeed – especially this one. Congress has been as useless for everyone but the rich for so long it’s a wonder the entire country isn’t Baltimore.

But the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is about more than dipping into your pocketbook. With this act, the federal government wants to dip into the choices over your own health and body. It wants rights over even your insides, because you better believe they’ve long owned your ass on the outside.

This act also states that any fetus capable of survival outside the womb requires the abortion provider to provide it with medical care.

Granted, if there is any sanity left in the federal government, the bill will not pass in the Senate. President Obama sure as hell isn’t going to sign it. Still, those folks “not” waging war on women in the House who voted for the Act maintain their cocksure optimism that the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act will soon be the new law of the land and that it could even win being challenged in the United States Supreme Court.

The Hill reported New Jersey Rep. Chris Smith (R) as saying:

I think this is likely to get a challenge in the court and It think it’s likely to prevail.

Mother Jones pointed out in some of its coverage of the matter that the Act allegedly comes out of the belief by some in the medical community that fetuses can actually feel pain beyond 20 weeks. That belief, however, is largely questioned by others.

And then the final, “F*cking Boehner. I knew it would be Boehner,” shaking your head in disgust after reading the Speaker of the House call the Act “the most pro-life legislation to ever come before this body. The Associated Press reported Boehner said:

We should all be proud to take this stand today.

Thankfully, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest jumped in to slap that muck down, just to keep us all from spiraling into utter hopelessness. He said:

The bill continues to add a harsh burden to survivors of sexual assault, rape and incest who are already enduring unimaginable hardship.

The Weekly Standard wrote that California House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R) stated from a cranium inserted deep inside his ass:

Life is precious and we must do everything we can to fight for it and protect it.

Because all life is good? Then what about the mother’s life? What about the quality of life a child in such a position would face?

See, one really doesn’t even need to get into the moral debate abortion always spirals into because it’s first and foremost not a subject the government should have any power to exercise its control and influence over in the first place. Argue not on the grounds of whether one should have a right to get an abortion or should have no right to have an abortion, but on whether or not the government having a hand in decisions over your private and personal body should be a matter of “law” in the first place. In other words, consider not whether abortion is “right” or “wrong” but whether abortion laws are even constitutional.

Even further than that, recognizing that even the U.S. Constitution can be wrong at times, argue whether government should have any jurisdiction over one’s private body and family.

But, of course, some snake adorned in Jesus robes was bound to step forth from the Senate after the win in the House, and South Carolina’s Sen. Lindsey Graham was all too happy to do so. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R) has given his word to put the Senate version of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act to a vote.

And you close the tab that opened when you clicked on this damn article in the first place in order to continue laughing at a world out of control, bombed out by all the kitten and puppy videos.

Folks, just hang in there.
