Even Before Trump Said There Were No Muslim Sports Heroes, This Muslim Sports Hero Weighed In On Trump (VIDEO)


After President Obama took to the podium on Sunday calling for (among other things) tolerance toward the Muslim community and he noted that many sports heroes were Muslim, Trump took to Twitter with a serious case of amnesia.

Of course, Twitter was very quick to remind Trump that there are many Muslim sports heroes, including Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson (who has endorsed Trump), Shaquille O’Neal and Hakeem Olajuwon. He also appeared to “forget” about Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who just a few days earlier expressed his opinions about Trump.

Abdul-Jabbar, always the gentleman, didn’t attack Trump – not that he doesn’t have a Google full of ammunition – but he did say that Trump couldn’t win, mostly because Trump has no ideas and no policy proposals. We can only hope Abdul-Jabbar is right.
