Condoleeza Rice has had enough. The former secretary of the state, who served in the Bush administration, is not only against supporting Donald Trump but goes even further to suggest Donald Trump should just withdraw from the race for president.
Rice took to her Facebook page to slam Trump for his vulgar remarks about women in a 2005 recording that was recently leaked.
“Enough! Donald Trump should not be President. He should withdraw. As a Republican, I hope to support someone who has the dignity and stature to run for the highest office in the greatest democracy on earth.”
Thanks to a “hot mic,” Trump was heard boasting about trying to “f*ck” a married woman who has since been identified. The former secretary of state decided to speak out against Trump after hearing this audio where he is degrading women and bragging about his ability to sexually assault women because of his status.
“When you’re a star they let you do it, Grab them by the p—y. You can do anything.”
It seems Rice isn’t the only one withdrawing their support for Trump after his most recent scandal. Dozens of GOP leaders and lawmakers have also called on Trump to withdraw from the race, with only a month left before the election.
Hopefully, the rest of Trump’s supporters open their eyes and ears and see that this clown is a misogynist and nowhere near fit to be president. Unfortunately, after seeing some of the comments on Rice’s Facebook post, I’m not getting my hopes up.
