Recently, United came under fire for the brutal removal of a passenger from a flight. But that was just one of many horrible things the airline has done to customers.

News station KPRC 2 recently obtained security footage of a United employee shoving an elderly man to the ground after a confrontation in 2015.

The employee can be seen arguing with 71-year-old passenger Ronald Tigner at Bush Intercontinental Airport. As the gentleman begins to walk away, the employee shoves him to the ground from behind in an act of cowardice that is renewing United’s seemingly perpetual PR nightmare.

But it doesn’t end there. After Tigner struck his head on the floor, he lay there motionless for several minutes. No one bothered to check on him despite the employee’s presence next to his unconscious victim.

United, in what has become almost a familiar type of statement, said that the incident shows “completely unacceptable behavior by a United employee.” As though it means something, the company noted: “this employee is no longer with our company.”

Tigner is suing the company for $1 million.
