Trump Supporters Threaten GOP Lawmaker And It’s So Extreme, She’s Avoiding Washington

Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-Fla.) has been inundated with threats following her sheer audacity to criticize God Emperor Donald Trump. To Trump supporters, that is not allowed, apparently. It’s gotten so bad for Wilson that she reportedly did not return to Washington this week due to the heavy amount of threats she’s received since her comments about Trump’s call to the widow of a fallen soldier.

The last time Wilson voted was on Oct. 12 and a source told The Miami Herald that “nothing else would keep her from voting.”

In one instance, a Des Plaines man threatened to lynch Wilson in a racist Facebook post.

But the suspect, Tom Keevers, 54, blamed an anonymous “meme-maker” who he said put words in his mouth. Keevers’ post read, “Need ten good men to help carry out a lynching. Must have own horse and saddle. Rope will be provided. This congresswoman [sic] is a disgusting pig. Someone should take their boot to her face.”

There are “some” ongoing investigations into the threats Wilson has faced, the source said.

“I have not spoken with her about it, but I’ve heard that she’s received substantial death threats and I think she is doing everything she can to ratchet down and let some of us, including me, take over,” Rep. Alcee Hastings said.

It all started last week when Wilson said she heard Trump’s conversation with Myeshia Johnson, the widow of a soldier ambushed in Niger earlier this month.

Wilson said that Trump told Sgt. La David Johnson’s widow that her husband knew what he signed up for. She further said that Trump’s call made her cry even more. Ms. Johnson confirmed Wilson’s account of what took place.

In response, Trump repeatedly attacked ‘Wacky’ Rep. Wilson in his Twitter timeline and called the God Star widow a liar when she said the former reality show star did not remember her husband’s name during the call.

On Wednesday, Trump said during a gathering at the White House that he has a better recollection of his condolence call to the Gold Star widow than she does.

Trump further claimed that he has “one of the greatest memories of all time.”
