Trump Just Got Played By The First Lady Of Japan And It’s Hilarious (VIDEO)

The way that female world leaders and political leaders check Donald Trump is always something rather empowering to see. From the German Chancellor Angela Merkel and U.S. Senator Maxine Waters to even Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop. These ladies aren’t afraid to put him in his place. But the way the Japenese First Lady brilliantly shaded Trump is on a whole other level.  She didn’t even have to say a word. Literally.

Wednesday, The New York Times released excerpts of the interview they did with Trump. He said so many weird things in the interview. However, it was when he made his comment on the world leaders of Japan, referring to one of the G2o events, that got the attention of social media.

So, I was seated next to the wife of Prime Minister Abe [Shinzo Abe of Japan], who I think is a terrific guy, and she’s a terrific woman, but doesn’t speak English.

The reporter questioned that statement about the Japanese First Lady, and Trump insisted that she certainly doesn’t speak English.

But contrary to the lie Trump told,  Abe speaks English. According to Mirror, U.S. journalist Sam Thielman was the first to spot the lie and pointed people straight to a video of her speaking full on English. I’d like to think BETTER THAN TRUMP does. She speaks it so well she gave a keynote speech speaking ONLY ENGLISH. Looks like while she was sitting next to Trump, she just didn’t want to speak to him. And he took that as if she didn’t speak English and she just rolled with it.
