It would seem Donald Trump is so caught up in his own ego that he doesn’t even recognize when something isn’t good news for him. He’s so narcissistic, in fact, that he just tweeted out a poll number that shows Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton closing the gap on him in the usually very deep red state of Georgia.
Not only that, there was a meme created to thank, yes thank, the state of Georgia.
Thank you, Georgia!
Followed by the poll numbers showing Trump at 45% and Hillary at a very close 41% right behind him.

Trump is literally bragging about being so awful of a candidate for the Republican party that he’s been able to turn the always red state of Georgia purple, with a very real chance of it going blue this November.
It would be sad if it weren’t so damn funny. Trump is clearly so wrapped up in himself that all he sees is himself winning, but if it were any other Republican candidate those poll numbers would likely look very, very different. Probably more around 70%-30%. And who knows, Hillary could possibly pull ahead in the coming months with Trump as her competition if she secures the Democratic nomination.
It will be interesting to see if more states will also turn purple in this election with Trump being the presumptive nominee for the Republican party. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
