Donald Trump started on his 17-day vacation today at his Bedminster, N.J. golf course and apparently, he’s receiving a backlash after bashing former President Barack Obama for taking vacays. “Working in Bedminster, N.J., as long planned construction is being done at the White House,” the former reality show star tweeted. “This is not a vacation – meetings and calls!”

Or that you promised you’d never take vacations (and excoriated @BarackObama for his) only to set vacation records.https://t.co/dRYnEzITJV

I wouldn’t be vacationing when I’m the target of two grand juries either! I assume those meetings and calls are with your lawyers?

You are tweeting and watching FOX. So sadly you are working just as hard as when you are in the White House.

Calls, like, actual calls, or calls like the ones from the adoring Boy Scouts & Mexican officials that weren’t calls?

On Friday night, CNN flashed an on-screen trolly graphic over images of Air Force One that read “Vacation Critic Takes Time Off.”
Presidents take vacations and there’s nothing wrong with that, but this alleged leader seems to think that ‘work’ means sending out tweets. And then there’s the glaring hypocrisy of Trump bashing Obama for taking vacations when he’s set to take three times the amount of vacays than his predecessor.
