Samuel L. Jackson’s Epic Response To Ben Carson Calling Slaves ‘Immigrants’ Is Just About Perfect

Ben Carson is not known for being the sharpest tool in the shed, but what he said today is about as senseless as it gets.

During his first meeting with employees at the Housing and Urban Development agency, which he now heads up, Carson addressed the crowd and went on what can only be considered a tangent about religion and the brain but what he said about slavery has us shaking our heads in utter disbelief:

“That’s what America is about. A land of dreams and opportunity. There were other immigrants who came here in the bottom of slave ships, worked even longer, even harder for less. But they too had a dream that one day their sons, daughters, grandsons, granddaughters, great grandsons, great granddaughters might pursue prosperity and happiness in this land.”

In case you don’t believe us, you can watch it with your own eyes here:

Yep. He went there, alright, but then again — this is the same guy who once said the ancient Egyptian pyramids were used as grain silos.

As you might expect, Twitter had a field day, but the best response we’ve seen so far came from legendary actor Samuel L. Jackson.

Judging from the Twitter following that Samuel L. Jackson has, not to mention the many other users talking about this today, we’re sure this will reach both Ben Carson and Trump in record time if it hasn’t already. I really hope Trump responds. Oh please, let Trump respond! I would really like to see a Trump/Sam L. Twitter feud!
