Leaked Tape Reveals Trump Promising His Golf Club Members Access To His White House Staff (AUDIO)

Mitt Romney had a leaked audio tape that some say ruined his election chances, will Trump’s similarly horrific version be equally damaging?

In the stunning tape, a giddy Trump is recorded shortly after winning the election promising access to his potential cabinet members and White House staff to the paying golf club members at a New Jersey course he owns. He treats it like an amenity, a perk you get for paying big bucks to be associated with the grifter-in-chief.

“We’re doing a lot of interviews tomorrow — generals, dictators, we have everything,” Trump told the crowd, according to an audio tape of his closed-press remarks obtained by POLITICO from a source in the room. “You may wanna come around. It’ll be fun. We’re really working tomorrow. We have meetings every 15, 20 minutes with different people that will form our government.”

“We’re going to be interviewing everybody — Treasury, we’re going to be interviewing Secretary of State,” he continued. “We have everybody coming in — if you want to come around, it’s going to be unbelievable….so you might want to come along.”

It’s stunning the lack of seriousness with which Trump is handling his job. He has no idea how to run a country, is in over his head on every single turn, and is apparently asking for help from random rich people at his golf clubs - provided they grease his palms first.

This tape only confirms what many have speculated - Trump is using the fact that he duped 62 million Americans into voting for him to cash in. Already his Mar-a-Lago resort - which he has vacationed at three weekends in a row since assuming office - has doubled its membership fees. Those who can afford to pay $200,000 get to eat and chat with the president. They also get a chance to see classified, highly sensitive meetings over a candlelit dinner.

Now would be as good a time as any to point out that Trump has yet to prove he ever divested himself from his businesses. He claims he has and yet has refused to provide any evidence. This isn’t just “testing the limits” of conflicts of interest ethics laws, it’s blowing past them.
