Before Donald Trump even won the election, President Obama knew Russian President Vladimir Putin had personally ordered a cyber attack on America in order to get Trump elected. The Washington Post just published a quite lengthy report detailing the secret memo Obama received.
Per the Post:
Early last August, an envelope with extraordinary handling restrictions arrived at the White House. Sent by courier from the CIA, it carried “eyes only” instructions that its contents be shown to just four people: President Barack Obama and three senior aides.
Inside was an intelligence bombshell, a report drawn from sourcing deep inside the Russian government that detailed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s direct involvement in a cyber campaign to disrupt and discredit the U.S. presidential race.
But it went further. The intelligence captured Putin’s specific instructions on the operation’s audacious objectives — defeat or at least damage the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton, and help elect her opponent, Donald Trump.
Apparently, the information was so sensitive at the time that CIA Director John Brennan didn’t even want to put it in the Presidential Daily Brief, preferring instead to follow the same protocols used in Situation Room type meetings, such as the raid on Osama in Laden.

Even though Trump has become president, he still to this day denies what the 17 intelligence agencies are telling him about Russia. We wonder why.
