Yesterday, the Trump camp announced that the Radio City Rockettes would proudly perform at his inauguration January 20th, but since then, reports of “disappointment and embarrassment” from members of the dance troupe have many questioning if the performance will actually take place.
One Rockette, Phoebe Pearl, wrote on Instagram:
“Finding out that it has been decided for us that Rockettes will be performing at the Presidential inauguration makes me feel embarrassed and disappointed. The women I work with are intelligent and are full of love and the decision of performing for a man that stands for everything we’re against is appalling,”
But not to worry, because Luke Skywalker is watching out for them! Mark Hamill, who plays the Star Wars character, and is just as disgusted as the rest of us about this forced performance, tweeted out a message to the Rockettes:
Good Luck to #TheRockettes at the Inauguration. Have fun, but remain vigilant Ladies! There’s just so much to grab there. #TheyLetCelebsDoIt pic.twitter.com/2pbc4TEvpN

He’s being facetious, of course, but it’s the TRUTH! If these ladies are forced to be anywhere NEAR the “p*ssy grabber” that day, they definitely need to be “vigilant!”
I wonder what Donald would say if the Rockettes all showed up wearing blue pantsuits for their performance? Now there’s an idea!
