A Georgia judge is in hot water after losing his temper with a defendant who threatened to kill and dismember his family during a crazy courtroom argument.
Rome News-Tribune reported, last week Denver Fenton Allen appeared before Judge Bryant Durham Jr. to face murder charges involving the beating death of a fellow inmate at the Floyd County Jail last August.
The 31-year-old defendant, who is already incarcerated and is now accused of killing Stephen Rudolph Nalley, launched a litany of insults and threats at the judge during the 11-minute hearing on June 17.
Allen promised to murder the judge’s family and cut his “children up into little pieces.”
I’ll knock their brains out with a f*cking hammer and feed them to you,” Allen said. “The babies will be going, ‘Daddy, daddy, help me.’
Durham informed the inmate that he didn’t have any children and Allen countered that he’d murder his sister, nieces, and nephews.
The judge responded by telling the defendant that he didn’t have any of those relations either and threatened to put Allen in “jail so long you won’t have a chance.”
The argument began to escalate as the two men traded insults across the courtroom, with Allen repeatedly telling the judge, “F*ck You,” as Durham added additional days to the defendant’s contempt of court penalty.
Allen then demanded a new attorney, accusing his public defender of asking him for oral sex in exchange for counsel. The inmate then invited Durham to make the same offer.
This is going to be an interesting trial,” Durham said.
When Allen asked the judge to introduce his “big old donkey d*ck” as an exhibit, judge completely lost his cool, and the two men began to trade insults.
The defendant boasted about having sex with boys, and the Durham said he wasn’t surprised. That’s when the judge made a series of comments that will probably land him before the state judicial ethics agency.
Oh, of course,” Durham said. “You know, you look like a queer.”
Allen asked if the judge was “calling (him) a queer in the courtroom.”
“I didn’t call you one,” Durham said. “I said you looked like one.”
The judge then told Allen he was “cute,” and that he was sure other inmates “love you to death.”
“I’ll bet everybody enjoys f*cking your ass,” Durham said.
Allen then claimed he would masturbate in court, and Durham dared him to do so.
The hearing finally ended after Allen called Durham “judge f*ckman,” and the judge called the defendant “stupid.”
“I’ve enjoyed this,” Durham said. “I hope you have. I know everybody else in the courtroom has enjoyed it, but you can go now.

There’s no word yet on if Fox News plans to offer the judge his own show, but stay tuned.
